One of my fave blog reads is Peanut Butter Runner. Jen, the author, is in fantastic shape and always has something interesting for lunch or dinner. She makes me want to eat healthier and wish I got a runners high. She posted this morning about a 7 day Green Smoothie Challenge. I love a green smoothie and have been enjoying them for dinner on nights when I get home late. The challenge is basic, you have one meal a day that is a green smoothie. My green smoothie meal was tonight dinner, tomorrow it will be breakfast. My smoothies are not super green because of the berries I put in it but perhaps I will go more towards the green zone one day this week.
