Ladies and Gents set your dvr and get ready to fist pump tonight because Jersey Shore is back!

To be honest it all started with Pretty Little Liars, you know pretty high school girls who share a dirty secret while also dating men that are over the age of 18, but more on that in a bit. Then during that show I saw a preview for Huge, about teens, tweens whatever you want to call them, at fat camp. I believe one of the characters on this show is David Hasseholf’s daughter. And finally there is Secret Life of the American Teenager.
Once babysitting/ supervising a 14 year old we watched this and I was intrigued. Since I was going DVR crazy with the ABC Family I figured why not add another show to the mix.

Neil Patrick Harris as well as the rest of the cast are hilarious. In my favorite episode I watched last night Neil Patrick Harris aka Barney was taking a break from his usual suit wearing. He was trying to hook up with the hot new female bartender but she dislikes men in suits. He brings her home to her room and she is going to the use the bathroom when she opens his closet and is confronted with all his suits. She says “Are these yours?” he responds “ No I am suit sitting for someone.” Classic and then the episode ends with him singing and dancing in the streets about suits. What more could you want? What more I wanted was Tim Gunn and yes he made a special appearance in the episode as well. It was legen…wait for it…dary.

Originally we were going to meet there at 11 when they opened but AH is preggers with little baby M and slept in a bit. We got there around 12:15ish and waited in line. By the time we got to the front the only meat available was brisket, so we all got the brisket and it was FRANFREAKINGTASTIC.
Seriously, it will go down as some of the best brisket ever. I got a mixture of the moist and lean on my sandwich and was a happy camper. I forgot to take pictures of my sandwich before I devoured it but the owner came around and brought out little pieces of meat as we were finishing up. We were gone by a little after 1 and they were sold out for the day.
You must must must try Franklin’s BBQ but get there early. It’s a small operation out of a trailer on the feeder road of I-35 but don’t let that confuse you. They mean business. I can’t wait to go back and try the ribs and sausage. I will be returning very soon!
