Crying at Work

I found out today that I might have made a co-worker cry at work on Thursday. I feel a little bit bad but given the circumstances maybe they overreacted a little bit. I thought we were two adults having a conversation but I was wrong. I mainly feel bad since said co-worker is at least 25 years older than me. Things were much better today so I hope the crying doesn't occur again.
